Are paper gift certificates available?

Paper gift certificates can be purchased in any of our stores.

How can I buy gift cards?

Physical (plastic) or electronic gift cards can be purchased in any of our stores or online HERE! If you are purchasing your gift card online, you will receive an email with your e-gift card.

How do I check the balance of a Gift Card?

Click here to check the balance of either a physical gift card or an e-gift card. If you input the gift card number and PIN and it still shows you have no balance, try clicking “My gift card does not have a PIN” and check the balance again. If you feel like there is an error with one of your gift cards, give our main office a call at 801-923-3588 or email us at hello@wafflelove.com. Our office hours are 9am-5pm, Mountain Standard Time, Monday through Friday.

What is the cancellation/return policy?

Once the purchase has been completed, gift cards may not be returned.
